I'm using the 1 Second Everyday app. I can already tell there will be a LOT of sunset clips in this compilation since that's my go-to when nothing else is going on. I have a 10-day streak going so far. Just need another 90.
This is definitely a lot easier to do when I'm not at home coding all day. I put together my first compilation already just to see what it was like and it's definitely really cool to see the last few weeks of my life replayed back. 76 days to go (which sounds way more daunting than "I already did 24 days!").
Passed the halfway point! Really enjoying the process now, actually. It gets a little frustrating when I have a sunset day, but I'm trying to find new "filler" options for days when there's not anything too interesting going on. I never actually figured out when the last day would be until now: 5/25/14. When calculated that way it feels much further away, but I'm super excited to see what this looks like when it's done!
Evidently my math was wrong when I last posted because I've already hit 100 days! The video is currently processing on Vimeo, so I'll post a link to it tomorrow.
This has been a really fun little project. There were obviously some days where I had to resort to the sunset or something else random from my window, but in general, I think it's a nice way to look back on what I've done over these last few months!
I'm going to keep going - maybe I'll get to a year. For the next phase of this, I'd like it to be more people-centric. And perhaps even include myself in some of them!
